Everybody who is serious about the mindfulness and wellbeing should be keeping a frequently updated journal. Now it’s up to you what and how much you put down in your journal, do as much so it doesn’t feel overwhelming but rather resonating. The thing about journaling or just writing down the notes can significantly improve the memory and synapses in the brain to faster change and transform own life in any way you want.

A big part of keeping a personal journal that helps to reprogram self is called NLP (neuro-linguistic programming). By thinking of something and writing it down the brain is trained to change the unsupporting habits that are identified as bad. When you are writing down the positive feeling signal gets stronger imprinting it deeper in the brain.
