Well, in simple terms, the Tapping or Emotional Freedom Technique is a practice combining the eastern medicine with western modern psychology to better understand the inner body & mind processes, and how it’s closely related to emotions and physical and mental health. The main focus is on focusing the energy while tapping on to particular spots/places on the body connected with the main central nervous system and the ancient brain called the Amygdala.
